Terms of Use

Effective November 2, 2026

These terms cover your use of Barup, an iPhone app made by AMK Studio. By downloading or using Barup you agree to them, and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.

Barup Pro subscription

• Barup requires a Barup Pro subscription, which costs $0.99 per month in the US (or the local equivalent shown in the App Store).
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically each month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your iPhone's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Training safely

Barup gives general strength-training plans, exercise demonstrations and weight suggestions. It isn't medical advice and doesn't know your health history. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise program, use a spotter and safety equipment for heavy lifts, and stop if something hurts. You're responsible for how you train.

Your data

How we handle your data is covered in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app or its exercise content, or use it in a way that breaks the law or interferes with the service.

Changes and availability

We may update Barup and these terms. If we make significant changes we'll update the date above and tell you in the app. We may stop offering the app; if that happens while your subscription is active, cancel it in Settings to stop renewals.

Liability

Barup is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, AMK Studio isn't liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from your use of the app. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
